Who I am
This website is operated by Jenny Scott, Your NS Home Girl, a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty of Canada, Inc. in Nova Scotia. Questions about this policy can go to jennyscott@yournshomegirl.ca or 902-999-7546.
What I collect
When you send a message through the contact form, I collect the information you choose to give me:
- your name and email address
- your phone number and property address, if you provide them
- what you're interested in (buying, selling, military relocation, or just exploring) and your message
- a record that you agreed to be contacted, with the date and time
If you call, text or email me directly, I keep whatever you share with me.
How I use it
I use your information to respond to your enquiry and to provide real estate services to you, including contacting you by call, email and text. I do not sell your personal information.
Where it's stored
Contact form messages are received through Google Forms, which means they are stored on Google's servers (which may be located outside Canada) and delivered to my email. Messages sent directly to me are kept in my email and phone.
Third-party services on this site
- Google Fonts loads this site's fonts from Google, which means your device contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
- Rank My Agent badge: an image is loaded from their servers, and the link goes to their site.
- Social media links (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.
- Opt out of emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by asking me.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the details above.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
